The Dutch artist Parra has once again teamed up with Los Angeles based independent record label Stones Throw on yet another tee shirt collaboration. Parra was touched after reading this Vibe article, about the struggle Maureen “Ma Dukes” Yancey, the mother of the late James “J Dilla” Yancey, is facing with the legal battle over her late sons estate, all while suffering from the same disease that lead to his untimely death. Proceeds from the tee shirt will go to help ‘Ma Dukes’ in here struggle.
