GUCCI A/W 2011 MENS FASHION SHOW

So again, Frida can do no wrong with the Evolution of Gucci. This collection is very classic yet timeless...it can really work for a man of any age. I love the "Hugh Hefner" inspired suede and mohair blazers in luxurious purples, brown & navy. Maroon and purple velvet grasped the runway which makes me love the fact that it wasn't fluttered with the usual black and gray hues I've seen on many other runways. GUCCI S/S 2010 PREVIEW

Designer Frida Giannini concepts on creating a young, & vibrant collection just keeps getting better. While most designers dwell on "black," Gucci focuses on hues of gray and navy. I am a huge fan of Gucci's clothing simply because it's fly without over kill. The collection would best be described as the "Jet-setter." Check out my FAV pics...Xoxo - I_die4fashion

Gucci Eyeweb Goggles

Gucci has released a new set of goggles for the winter season. The unisex ski masks come in white and black with a distinct green-red-green Gucci web stretch headband. Other features include anti-fog lenses with “Seal Ring” technology, which ensures a thermal barrier and a clear visual field. Packaging includes a soft pouch and a sleek black box featuring the Gucci web. The new ski goggles retail for $195 USD and are available in December 2009 at Gucci stores world wide, selected optical retailers, and at Gucci.com.

Nike Pucci Pack

Gucci isn't the only designer Nike is gaining inspiration from. Let's take a look at this dope Nike Pucci Pack. Obviously the geometrical pattern comes from Emilio Pucci. Check the bomber was Veneta!

The runways in Milan are being burned up showing off all of this years newest fashions from your favorite designers. Thought I'd give you a heads up on some of the jackets for A/W 09 that graced the runways.

There were a lot of dope jackets but out of everything I saw, Bottegga Veneta, shown above, had the nicest ones. As you can see they didn't shy away from what they're known for, that signature leather. Check inside to see a few more of the jackets I was feeling on the runway.

Summer 09 Gucci High Tops

As you can see every designer is following the super high top trend along with the multiple straps.  Not to say that they're not still in the game because they'll always be there but with the emergence of all of the high end shoe designers, Gucci is falling down the ladder in my opinion, with the exception of the classics. What do you think??

Gucci & Louis says no to T.I. "Swing Yo Rags"

This really makes me feel some kind of way!! As big as an influence that the music industry has on the products people by they still don't want the publicity!! I mean I understand they don't want to maintain a high end image but damn

T.I. says the video for "Swing Ya Rag" — an undeniably mammoth musical moment on Paper Trail — is one for the vaults. Tip and Swizz Beatz shot the video many weeks ago, around the same time as the "What Up, What's Haapnin' " clip. However, the two companies mentioned in the song were not excited about the prospect of full-on visuals for the record.

"We did it, and it came out hot," Tip said of the video. "Louis [Vuitton] and Gucci started trippin' about it. They were saying we were infringing, in one way or another. They weren't happy about it. They didn't want it to come out. But it's hot, though."

Gucci is pleased to announce the creation of a special collection, "8-8-2008 Limited Edition”.

Taking her cue from competitive sports, Creative Director Frida Giannini has conceived 8 exclusive accessories that epitomize sporty luxury. Check inside for more of the collection including 2 pair of sick sneakers that were made for both men and women!!

The Collection also includes collectable items such as a luxurious Mah Jong set covered in red "La Pelle Guccissima" and, to pay homage to China, a panda in soft leather. Though intended for leisure, the products bear the hallmarks of Gucci's impeccable quality.

Frida also proposes the bold "La Pelle Guccissima" for two pieces of luggage. The first is a chic, sturdy leather duffel and the other a soft leather messenger bag with Gucci's iconic green-red-green web on the shoulder strap. Also included in the collection is a necklace inspired by military tags, in sterling silver and enamel making it the perfect accessory for casual looks.
